Client Relations Manager (CRM)

Job description

A wholly-owned subsidiary of EDF, G2S provides support services to the Group’s subsidiaries in the IT and Tertiary sectors.

We are a start-up type structure that takes up challenges with creativity and optimism. Most of our collaborators have varied profiles and backgrounds, within or outside the EDF Group, and multicultural experience, giving them a good understanding of the context and constraints of the EDF subsidiaries. They are committed to bring the highest level of satisfaction to our clients and to evolve with them.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be in charge of developing and managing client portfolios in the IT & Telecom and Tertiary domains.

As a CRM, you will be in charge of:

  • Studying and qualifying the needs of our clients to propose adapted commercial solutions,
  • Following and ensuring a contractual relationship with our clients,
  • Setting up and marketing new solutions with the support of our SDM team,
  • Ensuring the reporting and the follow-up of your client portfolios,
  • Embedding suppliers in the strategy of G2S and the EDF Group.

What We Look For

You are fluent in both spoken and written French.

You have a commercial background (five years of higher education – Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent university Master’s degree) or have equivalent proficiency in negotiation and commercial experience in the marketing of IT & Telecom solutions or B2B services.

You have a strong background in sales and negotiation techniques, and highly capable communication skills. Adept in reporting and margin management for client and business.

Salary

Fixed salary and part performance bonuses.
