Missions
The activity of G2S’ CRMs may vary according to their clients’ portfolios, but their main mission is to meet the expectations of their clients in a partnership approach. Understanding the client’s needs, answering their questions, offering them adapted solutions, steering the implementation of projects, and then ensuring the contractualization and the client follow-up (monitoring the performance of the services required, invoicing and sometimes management of crisis…). In addition to these main missions, we also have some cross-functional activities such as the improvement of certain G2S processes.Unlike the sales activity in an IT service company, our main goal is to seek client satisfaction in a partnership approach.What I appreciate about my job: finding solutions to problems and exchanging constantly with clients! That’s the basis of client relations… And at G2S, what’s really nice is the wide variety of subjects we deal with.

As an SDM, I work in pairs with G2S CRMs. I am responsible for operations on several accounts. I am therefore in charge of project management, from the collection of needs to delivery of the services, including the choice of the most suitable technical solution. In addition, I manage the technical teams according to schedules and allocated resources. My relationship with the clients is essential to provide them information, as well as to explain their project’s progress in a pedagogical way. What I appreciate about my job is to build a long-lasting relationship with the clients, and to advise them in order to meet the different business challenges.
