BENEFIT FROM COLLABORATIVE SPACES
Depending on your IS access eligibility criteria, Group Support Services provides the Collaborative Space solution to your collaborators who work in teams and need to share documents, schedules and/or other information.
This solution offers basic functionalities that are fully customizable, including the following tools:
- Documentation library (shared and/or restricted access)
- Project tracking, tasks and decisions with predefined dashboards
- Dedicated calendar, directory and lists
- Research module
- Surveys
- Forums
- Wiki Pages
Some of SharePoint spaces are accessible by people outside the EDF Group, and mobile terminals.
G2S also offers the Collaborative Accompaniment solution (optional). This includes assistance in the design and configuration of SharePoint spaces for business lines, as well as training for users and facilitators.
