What are the conditions for having access to the Group Market contracts negotiated by the EDF Group?
The Group market contracts negotiated by the EDF Purchasing Department have different scopes of action depending on the partner’s field of activity and constraints.
Most of the EDF Group’s IT contracts are open to French subsidiaries that have signed a global mandate with the Group Purchasing Department.
Certain contracts have been communicated to the subsidiaries by a coordinator of the IT Group Purchasing Department. Subsidiaries that agree to it have access to the respective market.

All this depends on the context and your needs. For the most part, G2S contracts are established for a period of three years – renewable twice a year. Our contracts can be adapted to be in line with the financial and commercial rules of the different parties.

Request for information / Claims
There is a dedicated number for clients who have subscribed to our office automation solutions. It is located in France. For other services, contact your CRM or send us a message via our contact form. As soon as we receive your complaint, we will take care of it and provide you with an answer as soon as possible (as stipulated in your contract).
